Years of Experience
Roger and Shirley are the owners of Jireh Custom Roofing LLC. While Shirley prefers to stay behind the scenes, both of them are involved in every major decision the company makes. They believe Jireh Custom Roofing succeeds because they work as a team in every aspect of the business, combining their different strengths to serve their customers and support their employees.
Roger has never liked being called “the boss.” He believes everyone on the team is equal and deserves the same respect. That’s why you’ll often find him working alongside the crew on roofing projects instead of staying behind a desk. Roofing has always been his passion, and he takes pride in making sure every project is completed the right way from start to finish. One of his favorite parts of the job is looking at the before-and-after transformations of each completed roof and seeing the difference the team has made.
While Roger oversees the field operations, Shirley manages the administrative side of the company. She handles the paperwork, scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day office responsibilities that keep everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail allows the entire team to stay organized and focused on providing excellent service.
Roger’s favorite meal is Chocolomo, a traditional beef soup, while Shirley’s favorite is green spaghetti. More than anything, they are grateful for the health and well-being of their family. They thank God for blessing them with an incredible support system of family and friends who have stood beside them through every season.
What they love most about owning Jireh Custom Roofing is the culture they’ve built. Every project is planned as a team, every employee has a different role, and every role is equally important to the company’s success. Roger especially loves that the people he works with don’t just feel like coworkers—they feel like family. Together, they strive to provide every customer with honest service, quality craftsmanship, and a roofing experience built on trust, teamwork, and excellence.
One of Roger and Shirley’s greatest accomplishments is building Jireh Custom Roofing together while also learning how to work together as husband and wife. It hasn’t always been easy, but through faith, perseverance, and commitment, they’ve created a business they’re proud of and continue to grow together.
Outside of work, family is their greatest priority. They enjoy spending time with their three boys, whether it’s watching a movie, going to the park, enjoying dinner together, or serving at church as a family. Those moments together are what matter most to them.

When rain caused water to drip from my ceiling vent, Jireh Custom Roofing quickly found the problem—a cracked vent. Their inspection also revealed several other vents that were cracked, bent, or poorly installed with low-quality materials. I chose to replace all the vents, and Roger completed the job just four days later. The pricing was fair, the service was excellent, and the team was honest, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jireh Custom Roofing for any roofing needs!
Jireh roofing was recommended to us. we called and they came out and gave us a recommendation. This was for Repairs and they did a wonderful job. They were very kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves made sure that the leaves were all cleaned up. When it’s time for us to need a new roof, we will definitely be giving them a call. I highly recommend them.Kathy Fleming in Oregon City
Jireh Custom Roofing LLC : We highly recommend them. From beginning to end we knew the situation, the costs and pictures to collaborate the needs. Communication was fantastic. The entire crew were respectful of our property, our situation and worked diligently to complete it in some bitter cold weather. They cleaned up the area as if they were never here. We have already referred them to several friends and family.
